Continuing Education
Renewal
of the Hawaii real estate salespersons and brokers licenses requires
the completion of 20 hours of continuing education each biennium
when the license renewal is required. The courses must enhance the
licensees’ knowledge beyond entry level and must not be a course
already taken by the licensee. Please go to

Both
the approved Core Course and Hawaii approved electives are offered
online by the Carol Ball School of Real Estate.

Please note that there are different links for the Core Course and
the Elective Courses. When returning to the page, please be sure
that you remember which category to which you are returning as login
portals differ.
Completion
Certificates will be provided to you by email after completion of
courses for your files. The course providers should automatically
notify the State of Hawaii about your completing the course with the
printing and emailing of the certificate to you.
